This policy explains what personal data progragaming ("we", "us") collects when you use progragaming.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. We are based in Egypt and handle personal data in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
1. Who we are
progragaming is an online learning platform for Egyptian secondary (Baccalaureate) students. It offers daily learning games, weekly exams, study materials and live sessions with engineers.

2. The data we collect

We never receive or store your card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Paymob; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and its reference.
We do not send your name, email, WhatsApp number or Discord ID to Google Analytics.
3. Cookies and similar technology
- Sign-in cookie: keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Without it the site cannot work.
- Short security cookies: used for a few minutes while you sign in with Google or connect Discord, to protect against forged requests.
- Google Analytics cookies: measure visits and usage, as described above.
- Browser storage: remembers small choices on your device, such as hiding a reminder for a few days.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the services the platform needs to work:
- Google: sign-in and Google Analytics.
- Discord: only if you connect your Discord account, to manage your access to the live-session server.
- Paymob: to process payments.
- Our hosting provider: the servers that run the site and store its database.
Some of these providers store data on servers outside Egypt. We use only well-known providers with their own security and privacy commitments.
We may also disclose data when Egyptian law or a competent authority requires it.
5. What other students can see
The leaderboard shows your name, XP and rank to other students. Your email, WhatsApp number and payments are never shown to other students.
6. Students under 18
Most of our students are under 18. If you are under 18, you should use progragaming with the knowledge and agreement of your parent or guardian. A parent or guardian can contact us at any time to ask about, correct or delete their child's data.
7. How long we keep data
We keep your account data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable time, except payment records, which we may need to keep for as long as the law requires.
8. Your rights
Under Law No. 151 of 2020 you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data or your account;
- stop a use of your data that you object to, or withdraw your consent.
Send your request by email or WhatsApp from the contact details above. We may ask you to confirm it is your account. We reply within 30 days at most.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to the database. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the competent authorities as the law requires.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will tell you on the site or by WhatsApp.
