Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use progragaming.com and the services of progragaming ("we", "us"). By signing in or paying, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.
1. Who can use progragaming
progragaming is made for Egyptian secondary (Baccalaureate) students. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the knowledge and agreement of your parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for any payments made.
2. Your account
- You sign in with your own Google account. One account is for one student; do not share it or sign in for someone else.
- The name and WhatsApp number you give us must be real and yours (or your parent's).
- You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.
- Live sessions take place on Discord. To join them you connect your own Discord account; one Discord account can be connected to one progragaming account only.
3. The free week
A new account gets a free trial of 7 days from the day of first sign-in, once per student. During the free week you can use the platform's features, including the live session, as described on the site. Creating extra accounts to get more free weeks is not allowed.
4. Plans and payments
After the free week you can buy one of the plans shown on the site. At the time of writing they are:
- 49 EGP for 30 days: the daily games, XP, streaks and the leaderboard.
- 74 EGP for 30 days: everything in the 49 plan, plus the weekly exam, the weekly video and your personal weekly PDF.
- 99 EGP per live session: one live session on Discord, plus all the platform's features for the week of that session.
- A 30-day plan runs for 30 days from the day you pay. A live-session week runs for 7 days from the date of the session.
- Plans do not renew automatically. Each period is a separate payment that you choose to make.
- If you hold more than one plan at the same time, you get the features of all of them. Moving to a higher plan is a new purchase at that plan's full price.
- Prices are in Egyptian pounds and are shown before you pay. We may change prices or plan contents in the future; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
- Payments are processed by Paymob. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
5. Our content
The questions and games are based on the official school book. The games, exams, videos, PDFs, recordings, designs and the site itself belong to progragaming or are used with permission. You may use them for your own study only. You may not copy, sell, re-upload or share them publicly, including recording or sharing the live sessions or exam videos.
6. How we expect you to behave
- Be respectful to engineers and other students, on the site and on Discord.
- Do not try to cheat the scores, the leaderboard or the exams, or to break or overload the site.
- Do not share offensive, harmful or illegal content.
If these rules are broken, we may warn you, remove your access to the live sessions or the Discord server, or close your account. If we close an account for a serious breach, no refund is due for the remaining period.
7. Rewards
From time to time we may offer rewards to students, for example for streaks or results. Rewards are at our discretion, their rules are announced on the site, and they cannot be exchanged for cash unless we say so.
8. Availability and results
We work to keep the site and the sessions running and of high quality, but we cannot promise they will always be available without interruption. If a live session is cancelled by us, you will be offered another time or a refund. progragaming helps you study; we cannot guarantee a particular exam result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes will be announced on the site or by WhatsApp. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent Egyptian courts handle any dispute.
